My lost order.

I have yet to receive my order. When I join chat to inquire, it tells me that my order is coming 2 days ago. I was given a UPS tracking number and UPS does not have it. I would give it zero stars if I could.

looks cute but very stiff

I was excited about these shoes but actually wearing them I realized they were very stiff and uncomfortable. Every time you take a step the tongue of the shoe digs into your ankle because it has no give. And the bottom is like a board. Have to return unfortunately. Run true to size at least.

Customer service was Awesome

I order from Macy’s All the time. And I am usually 100% Happy and Satisfied. But the Tommy Hilfiger shoes can in a box with lid and were dirty, actually looked like maybe someone returned them and they weren’t cleaned. But the Customer Service department were very helpful and nice. Took care of my issue.
