Bigger than expected

LOVE the color and style but bigger than expected. Rtnd and bought smaller size. I'm irritated I didn't get the same price on the replacement

Off the shoulder blouse

This is a pretty TH top that shows off shoulders and conceals upper arms. The fabric is soft and cottony. It does seem to run a bit large.
