Coloring completely off & not flattering.

Dress me up, & Dress me down
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these Tommy Hilfiger Harlem Relaxed Tapered Fit shorts (in pink Gingham) from Influenster in exchange for my honest opinion and of the items that I had as choices I found myself enticed by these shorts. I finally got them, and after giving myself a week of wear, I have to say that I found them comfortable and easy to wear. My first-time wear opinion is that I actually liked them on me better than when I saw them in person. The shorts are extremely soft and comfortable...almost too soft and comfortable like they feel like an old pair that you may have had for awhile but are brand new, I did some active tests to see about the stretching of the shorts and the tightness, but also because I wanted to check if they had any level of discomfort while doing daily activities (running, walking, sitting for awhile and any sort of stretching) and which fortunately for me and the shorts they did not. Post wa, hing they stand the test of not looking worn out, but that was one wash I can't speak on anything further, and retains the neutral shade of pink with white in a gingham print. While creating this post I am currently in squat position and the shorts are still very comfortable even in this position even better they don't ride up or tighten around the thigh area so still a lot of breathable room when wearing during squat position or sitting down and even when doing some light jogging or walking. Not only are they comfortable around the thighs if you have thicker thighs, but they are also comfortable around the waist if you want just a bit of stretch and nothing super restricting. They are a nice in between for a person that wants shorts that aren't too short but also aren't greatly below the knees its a perfect picnic date fit, mini-golfing look, they are great for a possible Easter Sunday event and other various spaces that requires you to dress in semi-formal or dressy casual events. All in all the shorts are comfortable and don't ride up nor restrict in the waist/thigh area they are cute and comfortable, nothing wrong with them but I don't have a lot of events that require these shorts so I don't see myself using them often enough to pull them out and wear frequently. Also, upon first wash, they still look great, but again, that was the first wash I don't know what would happen beyond that.

Wife approved for spring, but that's about it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son got to wear these as they didn't quite get to fit myself. They don't quite have the feel, softness, and quality I expected from Tommy Hilfiger. They also have a plasticity feel to them. The only saving grace is the expected top stitching around the belt area that comes known with the brand. The style was great because it was used for Easter Sunday and spring pictures for our family but I can guarantee that's about the only time my wife will force us into the light pink and plaid.

very stylish comfortable shorts
