Colour mismatch!! Extremely disappointed

The colour of the sweater that was delivered to me was three shades lighter than the one I placed an order for. It was supposed to be a gift; it dampened the entire experience.

Fabric quality not good, is already faded, is cotton which it will fade more at 1st wash, texture little rough, and thin, color is same as picture.
