Did not receive my merchandise

I DID NOT RECEIVE MY MERCHANDISE DUE TO MACY'S USING A DELIVERY SERVICE "ONTRAC" THAT HAS NEGATIVE REVIEWS AND COMPLAINTS OF CUSTOMERS THAT DID NOT RECEIVE THEIR ORDERS. THIS IS DAY 3 OF WAITING FOR MY PACKAGE THAT ONTRAC SAID WAS AN ATTEMPTED DELIVERY 2 DAYS IN A ROW WHILE I WAS HOME. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER IMMEDIATELY TAKES YOU TO A TEXT MESSAGE THAT SAYS ERROR. NO LIVE PERSON FROM MACY'S EITHER. I HAVE ORDERED ALOT FROM MACYS AND YET I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEM WHEN THEY USED UPS TO DROP MY PACKAGES AT A UPS ACCESS POINT.I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM MACY'S AND.WILL ORDER FROM SOMEONE.WHO USES A REPUTABLE DELIVERY SERVICE.
