Warning

I have had the worst experience ever with Macy’s trying to buy 2 sports coats online for Christmas. First one arrived with security tag attached. After return/exchange process and dealing with a fight trying to explain how this was not my fault and they needed to express ship. I had to return/exchange for different size after Christmas. At this point now, I have gone through this process 2 times because UPS has failed to deliver and Macy’s cannot give me an explanation. They were able to deliver before Christmas. I have spent hours on the phone trying to get sports coats. Now the sizes are sold out. I have received refunds all but $104.82 and every time I call I am told to expect refund and email to confirm within 24-48 hours. I will never stop in Macys again!
