Sales Representative's Behaviour

The sports coat was fine; however, I have a complaint regarding your sales representative, Abdel. He told me that I would receive an additional discount if he issued a store card for me. Despite my repeated statements that I did not want a credit card, he assured me that this was not a credit card application and proceeded with the process. I also informed him that I did not have a Social Security Number as I am a tourist, but he claimed that it was not necessary. In doing so, he misled me twice. In reality, this was a credit card application, and due to the absence of a Social Security Number, my application was declined by the bank affiliated with your store. As a result, my creditworthiness has been negatively affected because of Abdel’s actions. Clearly, there is no way to undo this kind of damage, and thus, your Aventura branch has indirectly caused me harm.
