Bulks up in car

Nice jacket. The only thing I don’t like is that when I sit in my vehicle it rises up in the chest area bulking above my seatbelt strap.

Not puffy but warm

Outside lining is waterproof. My husband is 6’ tall and very thin so a Large fit perfect in length. The inside lining is very warm and jacket is not heavy.
