Great service versus bad service

First of all I want to pay my compliments to the young man in the shoe department who came around the counter to assist me to buy this dress shirt he was excellent but it didn't start out that way I went to the counter and the men's section were two women were behind the counter one was closing out her shift it was around 5:00 and the other one was beginning her shift but she abruptly turned around and said to me I'm not on the clock yet so that's when I proceeded over to the shoe department and the young man there came out and help me so kudos to him but thumbs down to the black girl behind the men's counter who told me her shift had not begun yet she was not on the clock yet so maybe she should not have been behind the counter at all or maybe she should not even be selling anything at Macy's maybe it's time for her to leave the property
