Defective watch

After a month and a half of use, the time started to fall behind. We thought the battery charge was low, so it was taken in for a battery replacement. However, the jeweler confirmed that the battery was fully charged. He reported that the watch was defective. In spite of several efforts with Macy's nobody could help me with the warranty neither to find an authorized service center or distributor. Don't buy it, you can lose your money and your time. The experience has been a real nightmare.
