Dissatisfied customer

While i give the shoes a 5 star ratings. I would like to express my disgruntlment. I paid for express shipping which states 1-2 business days. Order place Wednesday so my thoughts that Thursday to Friday or even Saturday since I needed the item for Sunday. Then I see a note for Monday delivery then another note for delivery Tuesday. I'm asking myself what is express delivery because I no longer wanted the item since I wasn't getting it prior to the day I wanted for my husband birthday so I'm very dissatisfied and want back my express fee payment.
