Bag with Security Tag

I received this bag with an attached security tag, preventing me from using it. To resolve this issue, I must either find a way to remove the tag myself or return to Macy’s, causing unnecessary inconvenience.

Design Flaw: Not Waterproof, Tips Over!

Do not buy. We only used it once, and the material is already tearing up. Please note that the whole material is NOT Waterproof! My son's clothes and books got soaked. We were at the Denver airport, and our flight was delayed due to a thunderstorm. Luckily, his iPad was spared. In contrast, our TravelPro Elite and my daughter's DKNY luggage were completely waterproof under the same circumstances. Furthermore, my teenage son found it difficult to maneuver, and it tipped over quickly with the slightest touch. Upon comparing it to our other bags, I noticed that its four wheels are located too closely. Its design is prone to tipping over unless you carry something extremely light, especially when using the extender zipper. Be cautious!

Tommy Hilfiger Logan 28 Softside Spinner is a MUST

This Tommy Hilfiger Logan 28 Softside Spinner luggage piece is stunning as well as functional. It has enough space for packing for a long week trip with multiple pockets for items to be stored and straps to secure your items in place. I wear a lot of TH and this luggage set is a perfect accessory that matches my style. Classic!

Destroyed after one use

Have this and another Tommy Hilfiger suitcase that couldn’t stand up to one trip. Since they were used I can’t return them. One of the suitcases came back with black stains all over and I spent an hour washing it out, but can’t return because it was used. I had covered this one in a high quality water repellent spray, but it still managed to get beat up from one trip. I could repair and donate, but it would just mean someone else has them ruined after one trip so I think I may just have to toss them :(
