So upset

My daughter loved this hoodie for two days! Then the teeth on the zipper broke and she couldn’t zip it more than 1/4 the way up! I spoke to a customer service rep, the said it would be exchanged, ok almost a month later and nothing yet. It’s so upsetting, now before the holidays I have to go buy another hoodie/jacket for her.
