I love it but runs small

It's definitely a really nice shirt, very soft and rich colors. But!. Runs small plus it shrinks. I usually buy for my 14 year old a Small man size or 18/20 youth. He is tall and sskinny. I bought this in L (16/18) and it was perfect until it shrunk.
