lazy employees

How inconvenient is this. Ordered these for my god child and they came with the security tag still on. Now why wasn’t this checked before being packaged and shipped. If I wanted to come into the store I would not have ordered them online. Because someone didn’t do there job, here I am going into the store, thank you lazy Macy’s employee
