Poor Quality

I expected the same quality that I’ve experienced with socks I purchased some years ago. I had one sock get a tear in it while putting it on for the first time. Tommy Hilfiger should be embarrassed to put their name on these socks.

Complete failure of customer service

I ordered 3 six-packs of white atletic socks size 7-12, got 3 six packs of size 10-13, way too big for my feet. I sent a reply on 11-26-24 about the error and have not yet received a reply from Macy's. With as many decades that I have been a loyal customer, this is not acceptable. If Macys cannot or will not resolve this error, I and my family will never again do business with this store.
