Very nice but would have been nicer if DRY!!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It came wet and smelling!!!!! I have no idea how it happened. Even the tags were wet. The package it came in was absolutely dry. It wasn’t raining. Even the outside of the plastic bag that came in was dry! Did the warehouse have A leak???? And did the person packing it think it was okay to send it wet????? I was not happy. I called customer service. It was sold out so I couldn’t get another one. My husband liked it so I washed it and thankfully it didn’t smell any more. It is a nice top but frankly receiving wet clothes is unacceptable .
