Top part of bedskirt not as expected

The top of the bedskirt was a very flimsy polypropylene type material. That is what is on my bed now and is shredding. I didn't even attempt to put it on bed. It was returned.

Tommy Bahama Bedskirt

I bought this bedskirt to match a Tommy Bahama quilt. It matches as advertised. The skirt material needs to be thicker. It took a long time to iron out wrinkles from packaging. The center is thin. The skirt moves out of place when I change the sheets.
