My 3yr granddaughter was so happy with her boots. She right away put them on and I saw they light up when she walked. They were perfect

Wrong size

I was sent the wrong size shoe in the right size box! Had to.purchase again and they are $10.00 more! I received a size 5 in a size 1 box..not even close..
