Great furniture poor exchange policy
On October 25th our end table and coffee table arrived from Macys. We love the look of the furniture and are happy with the purchase, however upon arrival, the delivery staff noticed a defect in the coffee table which amounted to a 2 inch piece missing on a leg. They proceeded to glue the piece back on and told us to contact Macys about getting a replacement. On October 28th I contacted Macys customer service and explained our situation. I was told that they had to send out an In Home Service Provider who is authorized to examine and repair the furniture. They are not authorized to recommend replacement as warranties vary between manufacturers. On November 15th the In Home Service Provider arrived and inspected the coffee table and informed us that it would hold and if not we could request a replacement within the 5 year warranty period. We are not pleased with this decision. If Macys felt that it is a perfectly good piece of furniture why not take it back and resell it.

Tivie Wood Entertainment Console Basalt Gray
Purchased Tivie 84" Wood Entertainment Console in Basalt Gray online back in May 2024. Was a little worried because I wasn't able to see this console in store before buying & there weren't any online reviews, but was very pleasantly surprised. Delivery was excellent. This console is a solid piece of furniture, well made, modern design, lots of storage & the best part - no assembly required! Happy with my purchase and great value.

84”Tivie Entertainment Console- color Mineral
Bought online and wasn’t in store to see at my location. Was holding my breath, but was very pleasantly surprised upon receipt. It was modern substantial design/ weight,real wood-as stated, no set up-as stated fit our room perfectly. It came with protective slides for our wood floor, heavy shiny chrome door pulls and lots of storage. Cut out for cords reall cleans it up. Console was the perfect modern look that matched our new Jenneth (lt gray) leather furniture from Macy’s. Great value for the price!

Console
Did not see it at first when delivered, but notice after the alloted time period that there were three dents in the wood that appeared to have been colored in by someone. Intentionally masking these spots!
