Very disappointed in the delivery of this item so far. Below is the shipping information, Stil waiting for delivery. It sat in La Mirada for a day, Ontario for 2 days. It is Sunday 11:11 am. April 14 and it is still not her. The shipping experience was terrible. Waiting to see what it looks like when it finally gets her.

Good features and bad materials

This bag/wallet is very useful and its components are well thought-out, but I only gave it 3 stars because the surface scratches from the slightest bump. Also, it's a cross-body bag, but the strap is too long with no holes to make it shorter. I'm tall, so this problem may be worse for smaller ladies. Even with all the problems, I enjoyed using the bag for during a recent trip. My ID, phone, cash, and cards were easily accessible. Now they need to make a bag just like this with better materials.

Nice quality

I needed a new wallet that can also fit my phone. This one had more slots for my I.D. and credit cards. However I keep my phone in a case and the case doesn't fit in it's space. I just lay my phone in the center and zip it close. The leather is a nice quality. I hope to have it a long time.

Attractive and Functional Without Bulkiness

It really is very nice. I was a little disappointed that the strap was a different color of leather than the bag itself. However, it is clearly shown in the photograph on-line. Regardless, my things fit very nicely without being bulky and I would buy it again without hesitation.

Broke

The part that attaches the strap to the wallet bag is not leather and broke within 6 weeks of using. It cannot be repaired.

Nice Purse, Flimsy Strap

The purse is great, but the strap is flimsy. It's long enough, but doesn't feel secure. Wish it was a bit thicker. Will have to buy a different strap. I do wish there was room for keys and lipstick -- maybe as the leather softens.
