had to return

The first time are you slow cook to make some beans I came in and they were rapidly boiling like crazy so I tested them again on some soup and they would not cook and the time would not show that it was cooking at all so I put it on steam so that I could see if it was heating up and it should’ve started boiling and it did not

This price is fair for this rice cooker because it made by Japan but i got disappointed for this purchase because the rice cooker of the inner pot with none-stick material but still makes burnt rice from the bottom .I have been using other Japan brand of rice cooker for so many years ,the name is called Zojirushi so i never had this problem i have with the current rice cooker. At 1st I got eye catching from its price because it was on sale and also saw that it made from Japan. But i guessed i will keep it since i already used it.BUT i wont buy it again in the future if it gets broken.

A great cooker!

Hello! So about this rice cooker. This is a large one, you must know. I was kind of surprised at the size but I love it. Cool feature- the clock stays on whether it’s plugged in or not. Not sure how but it does. The menu is pretty straight forward. It’s push button so push it to the menu item of choice. I cooked rice in mines. It is a little tricky getting the pot in the actual cooker. You really do have to tilt and swirl it in. The instructions states just as much. The instructions were a little tricky for me because it had several parts for cooking rice. I finally went with the first one and it came out pretty decent. The unit itself is a little heavy. It comes with all the needed accessories. I personally like it a lot and would recommend it. Just remember to read and follow the exact instructions and it will be your best friend.

All in One

The 10 cup rice cooker and warmer was great! For the most part it was simple to use and it cooked the white rice thoroughly. I didn’t try brown rice yet. I found the warming plate to work just for that purpose. Since I usually make more protein and vegetables to go with the rice, I still used the stove or oven for those items since it’s a larger quantity. I think the warmer is great for heating up veggies or creating a stir fry. I am still experimenting with recipes to be used, and definitely appreciate the cookbook that also came with the cooker. Once I get better at using this, I feel that the 2-in-1 combo will definitely save me more time. I would recommend this product to those trying to save time in the kitchen and multitasking with kids or other priorities.

Good product

I am really enjoying my rice cooker now that I've used it several times. This product is not hard to use if you use common sense but if you're like me and try to follow the directions it can get quite confusing. As far as quality I think is product is great! It is also easy to clean.

Tiger Micom 10-Cup Rice and Multi-Cooker

This is the first time I used a rice cooker, and I am glad I did. This cooker is very easy to use and comes with clear instructions. The size is perfect for my need because I prefer to cook large amount of rice every time. This cooker provides fluffy rice which is what I like, and with the “keep warm” function, the rice is perfect and ready at any time I want. I also like that I can cook 2 dishes at the same time, I can cook chicken in the top part over the rice in a short time. I will recommend this cooker to all my friends. Thank you Tiger and Macys

Functional but with limitations

The pros: >>The rice cooked perfectly.. >>The veggies and chicken steamed well. (Remember to cut them into thinner pieces). >>The product looks good in white and does not take the entire counterspace The cons: >>The parts are not dishwasher safe.So cleaning can be a little time consuming. >>The cooking plate plastic is BPA free but still looks a little flimsy for everyday cooking... >>The slow cooker has a max time of 180 mins. (3 hours) which is useless if I were to leave for work in the morning and come back in the evening? >>Why not compare and buy a insta pot instead :It is costs slightly more but is definitely has more functions)?

Amazing

As soon as I Opened the package I was amazed by this beauty. The best part about this multi cooker is it has a handle. Most of the cookers I owned never had this., it will only have those side holders. I love stainless steel products and this is in white. It’s not that bad, I hope they make it in stainless steel. The first thing I cooked was Basmati Rice, it was just perfect. All the buttons on it are very simple and easy to use. I also steamed broccoli and carrots. Turned out just the way I expected. I will be cooking lot of other stuff soon and I feel it will be great.
