Not Like the Macy's of Old!

I haven't received the item yet, it was damaged in shipping so Macy's is sending another pair and so I will have to wait and ADDITIONAL two weeks to receive it. Now it will be one month total I will have to wait! Macy's refused to offer overnight shipping so I could receive it sooner. These are eyeglasses. I want to get them to my eye doctor to fill the prescription! Macy's favorite line is "it's the best we can do". Horrible customer service! I miss Bamberger's!
