Poor customer service

Advertised a wrong price on there website. Stated my order was shipped for over a week until i contacted their support team. My odered was canceled the day after ordering due to the incorrect price and i was not made aware or given a refund untill a week later.

Didn't known it was canceled til I said something

Didn't know it was canceled do to system error until I sent an email about where it is at since it said it was shipped. It said it was shipped on the same day I bought on the 26th ofJan and sent the email about where it's at on the 1st of Feb.
