The mugs were not sealed properly and there were raised areas that did not belong on the mug. The inside of one mug had a raised piece that pricked my hand. Awful! I will never order this brand again. I will return them. Do better Macys.

I opened this Thirstystone set and was not surprised. I ordered my first Thirstystone products. Three different items to be exact. All three are awful. The quality control is ZERO. The Lazy Susan part of this item was scratched and missing wood/color on the on the inner edge. I ordered mugs which were not sealed properly and coasters that looked like a baby colored them. Never again Thirstystone. I will return all of it. Macys get away from this company.
