Disappointed with new return policy.

The bag is just ok - not what I had expected. Wanted to return it to Macy's; but, now see that it must be returned to the vendor and can not be returned to Macy's retail store. Will no longer order on-line from Macy's.

This bag is a great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bag is a great size to use when traveling. You can carry a phone, small wallet, and still have room for a few necessities. I have it in suede and the eco material in one of the bold prints. I prefer the thick strap for comfort, and the thin strap elevates the look. I’ll be taking the fabric bag with me on my next vacation.

Would have given 5 stars

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Would have given 5 stars if the leather strap was wider. It is okay for crossbody wallet but it doesn’t look right on this bag. Having to use the woven strap which happens to be a bit too short.
