Broken zipper

The bag is exactly what I wanted except for the broken zipper. Customer service said I couldn’t exchange or return the bag. Really disappointed.

Wonderful Purse

I love this purse. It's lightweight. Cleans easy. Adjustable strap. Exactly what I was looking for. SAK wallets and purses are an outstanding brand. I hope they have this purse in summer colors come spring.
