Wonderful recipes old and new

Nadia’s story along with the wonderful array or recipes made this book a very exciting read that has me eager to put some of her newer recipes a try. I have tried her tips in the past and I will never make pasta the same. If you love to cook and have a affinity for Italian and international cooking this is a beautifully written book. I think the only critique I can make is that I wish the pages were gloss not matte but that’s if I was really searching for something to remark about.
