Very Entertaining

While there is a fair amount of facts in here that were already publicly well known, there's a a lot that I didn't know. Fascinating inside look at the British Royal Family and the British culture generally, but what I liked the most is the author's priceless wit. I laughed out loud more than a few times.

give credit where due

I've heard Ms. Brown interviewed, and I wish she would give proper credit to General Cheek and the Americans who came up with the Warrior Games. The Brits copied the idea with Invictis, fine, but shouldn't pretend to have done more.

THE PALACE PAPERS - BOOKSELLER THOUGHTS

Ever since Tina Brown's 2007 bestseller The Diana Chronicles readers have wanted even more and more to read about the Royal Family, and now finally we have it. The Palace Papers is as juicy, as outlandish, and as fantastic as any reader could hope for. Brown's assured literary style is at its best here. I urge any reader of British history or current events to pick up this and just give yourself away into this unique world that is as part of our lives as air and food.
