After you washed it no the same

The jacket ripped after just one wash. It's completely unacceptable for a product that's supposed to be durable

Not the item I ordered it

I never got the jacket I ordered, instead they sent me a totally different item that I would never wear. Macys workers should pay a little more attention to this mistakes, it cost us time and money. I used my macys money and I would not be able to recover it, I have to drive half hour to my closest Macys for a return because my printer is not working and now the jacket I wanted is out of stack.

Wrong item

I’ve been waiting for a while to buy this jacket and I just decided to get it saving some money, I was so excited waiting for it because I was gonna wear it this weekend, I opened the package and I got a totally different jacket not even close to what I ordered it, I also used a coupon that I was saving for it. I’m so upset about it I can’t believe what they have sent me. I wanted what I ordered it not whatever the worker wanted.

love this jacket! The red color is beautiful

I love this jacket. I originally purchased the cream color from another store but that color didn’t look good on my skin tone so I found the red jacket at Bloomingdales. This is my new favorite jacket. it’s soooo warm and the red shade is absolutely beautiful. I’m so happy with my purchase. I received my jacket within 3 day and the shipping was free.
