I would buy this product for as long as I live.

Nice vest and as expected. I like that it is a shorter vest. I am 5’4” and it fits me well. Love it.

Love this vest!

This vest is such high quality! It keeps me warm when I don't feel like or need to wear a full down jacket, it's very comfortable and you can cinch up the sides to make it smaller it also makes it look cropped.

tore after three wears

I purchased this vest for my daughter in November for the holidays. She is 15 years old. She loved it! She wore it three times a found a hole in the chest of the vest with feathers coming out without any incident. I contacted customer service, and after being transferred 4 times, was told that the item was outside of their 30day return exchange policy, and I was transferred to their warranty department. They informed me that I needed to fill out a form, send photographs of the vest, and it would take 1-2 months for them to review them case. After speaking to the supervisor, I was told I could just send the photos and somebody would get back to me that week. I did as instructed. It has been two weeks. No contact. I think its fair to expect that when you spend the money to buy Northface, the company would stand by their products and not make their customers jump through hoops to exchange/return items that are clearly damaged in an unreasonable period of time. I will certainly think twice before purchasing from Northface again.
