Very bad service

Macy’s canceled my order saying it’s NOT available. That left me very sad when I spoke to customer service, they told me they would call me back. They never did

Keeps you warm

Fits a little more baggy than I was expecting, I usually have to order a size up but it's pretty true to size. Definitely the warmest jacket I've ever owned, glad I chose this one

Lesson learned.

I brought those jacket for my daughter’s birthday a month ahead of time. When her birthday came we opened the box and the jacket had a hole in the back. I was told there was nothing they can do because it was over 30 days.
