100/10 Fantastic backpack

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this backpack in 6th grade and am just now buying a new one (Because I was another color) as a freshman in college. It's been a fantastic travel, school, and overall everything fantastic backpack. It fits perfectly under the seat in the airplane, has a big water bottle holder and a laptop sleeve built-in. It's amazing for its price.

It is almost a perfect backpack but they must improve some a

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would like the space of the organizer pocket to be complete and not half since this generates that not many things fit and lose functionality and I would also like them to add a belt at the bottom with those two things, it would be the perfect backpack

Good Size Backpack

I bought this for my college age son. it is a good size, not too big, not too small. He really likes it and I think North Face makes a good product.

VAULT BACKPACK IS THE BEST BACKPACK EVER MADE

The North Face Vault Backpack is the BEST Backpack ever made and will ever be made. The design engineering is fantastic. The material used is robust and durable. It has the best value for a Backpack compared to any other Backpack. I would HIGHLY recommend The North Face Vault Backpack over anything else.

Poor build quality, the straps are worn out alread

I purchased this backpack back in January. It is an excellent backpack that fits all of my needs. It’s the right size (small, with the ability to expand to fit in more stuff), it looks great, and has water bottle holders and a bonus whistle on the chest strap. The problem I have with this is the awful choice of material for the shoulder straps. Within a few days, the material has pulled off the strap, just like when Velcro jackets touch your pants/shirt and it pulls the material away. This look so cheap and of poor quality. I have owned other north face backpacks which i owned for 10+ years without an issue like this.

Great weight distribution and suspension

Very comfortable and distributes the weight nicely so that you can't even feel that it's heavy at all!
