Great solution for baby in and out of car seat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the way the sleeves fold over to become mittens. Perfect for my son's first winter. The cost seems to keep my baby boy very warm and dry. Able to drape over him when he's in the car seat so it doesn't compromise his safety and easily put it on him when we are taking him out.
