Appallingly bad.

It is appallingly poorly made. There were staples hanging out. Some staples pulled through. The center supports are made of wood so rubbish that Home Depot wouldn't dare to sell it. I put it together, hindered by all of the wood shavings in every screw hole. Then I noticed the corners don't line up. It's not adjustable. One corner fits flush, two protrude 1/2", the third is 1/4" on the bottom and 1/2" on the top. But then, the real problem. I push the frame against the wall so I can put the mattress on... and two legs bend under. It didn't even survive a 1-foot slide across the carpet. I didn't even put the mattress on top. Just took it back apart. It's just appalling.

Nightmare Assembly

Buyer beware! While assembling the base of the frame, we could not fit the supplied pegs into the corners to secure them- this is literally the most basic part of assembly. Then we realized, the plastic corner pieces that are meant to fit into each other and that were screwed in the by the manufacturer, were all the same instead of opposites. They literally did not fit each other. I called Macy's who stated they couldn't help because they weren't the manufacturer; then I called Nectar who stated they couldn't help because it wasn't ordered direct. We literally had to make pegs out of wood in order to fit and secure the lop sided holes. An assembly that should have taken 30 mins, took 2 days! Add that to the insanity of moving and it was a nightmare. I have yet to sleep on it so I'm not even sure it will hold. I am INCREDIBLY disappointed with the quality of the product and the inability to get any help from Macy's or Nectar.

Bed frame came with broken piece. Also wood in middle of bed broke just after 3 nights of rest.
