IT'S ALL ABOUT ME AND IT'S OKAY

This is such a powerful book for self-care and self-discovery. I am hosting a lady's retreat and I plan to gift one to each of them. I have one and find out things about myself, I love it.

Great gift idea!

I have purchased this now a couple times and given them as gifts to friends/family. Every time they have loved it! It is a fun way to learn about yourself and have a little keepsake for your loved ones to learn about you as well. I also bought these for me and my fiancé before we got married to do together. It was a cute and fun time. Upon our marriage we bought the ‘US’ journal that goes along with it and are now enjoying that. It’s so fun and I highly recommend to anyone!

Very Extensive Questions

This book is very extensive and will keep you entertained if you really like to write about yourself and answer questions. Some of the questions are a little corny and outdated but the book overall is entertaining. it is 350 plus pages however and the binding doesn't allow the book to open all the way and the pages aren't numbered. so you would need sticky notes if you want to go back to a page.
