What a rip off! Tiny clovers, impossible to put on with the tiny tiny chain & clasp & so Small

Hi Elyse, I'm sorry to hear that you were not happy with your purchase! We offer this exact necklace with large clovers if you would like. The chain on the large clover necklace is also slightly heavier to accommodate the larger clovers. Our design team & factory in Italy tries to keep clasps small because if they are too heavy, they will fall to the front of the necklace. Nevertheless, we are always happy to swap it out for a larger clasp for you if needed. It does get a bit pricey since it is a mechanism, but let me know if you're interested and I can price out a larger clasp for you.
