Wrong Color and Poor Customer Service

Wrong color sent and when I returned the item I did not get credit. Still trying to work with Macy's to get this cleared up. Very frustrating.

Gripper Non-slip Tyrian Tufted Chair Pads

These chair pads are perfect for my chairs as the chairs are somewhat low for my table and these pads raise you up just enough.

Good cushions, but not a deep rich color

Seems well made and the right size. Color is a bit disappointing—the red I bought is more faded looking than showed online.
