Beautiful but one came warped

I purchased two of these. Unfortunately, one of them is obviously defective and warped. I tried to exchange it at my local Macy’s but the one remaining dish they had was also warped. When I went online to try to reorder, the price was doubled. Makes me wonder if I was sent a defective one because of the sale price.

Lasagna dish

Unfortunately the item is received was damaged or used. There was a deep scratch on the bottom and a small hole in the bottom that looked like someone put a patch over. The item itself is a really great looking dish and big enough for a Hugh receipt of lasagna. Returned my item and exchanged for new one

Broken again!

I am done with ordering baking dishes online. I have receive 3 separate shipments of baking dishes, each time they were delivered BROKEN. One dish wasn't even in a box. I will only purchase in the store from now on. Is it Macy's fault or UPS, I think it's both!!!
