broken items

half the measuring cups were broken and it looks like this is an item that can not be returned. I understand if its just not what I liked but broken should not be on me. I hope Macy's corrects this wrong

Not sure they are going to hold up on frequent dish washing in dish washer. They are very cute and different, which I do like. They are pretty and they do what they were designed to do.
