Filled the jar with a great beverage for my guests using a recipe my daughter had texted to me. Left the room, phone rang and found it in a puddle of the leaked beverage. The lid was on tight and the spigot was closed. Dispenser is supposed to need the lid loosened in order to dispense. Terrible design! Local store has since closed so no convenient way to return and get my money back.

This far replaced all my other jugs. I put my orange juice and fruit juices in this jar and it convenience and looks good,
Not the best quality...
These were priced at a bargain, but you get what you pay for. The spout was very flimsy and seemed as if it would break easily. Also, the spout will not work unless the lid is popped open, which could be inconvenient. Returned item.

Have to Keep the Lid Open
I bought this product because of the great price and it's the perfect size. I'm a little concerned that I will have to keep the lid open so that the liquid will flow out of the spout. It makes sense, but I'm not trilled about it. I wish I would have know before purchase and not a note in the bottom of the box in BIG RED LETTERS. Fingers crossed no one tips it over!
