Damaged in transit

I did not even open the box when I took it out of his shipping box. I could hear all the broken pieces inside. I decided to go to the Macy’s to return it and possibly exchange it. When I looked at the item in the store, I saw that it is not boxed properly for shipping and should not be shipped. In addition, the cover is also made out of ceramic and way too heavy. For me, it would’ve been better had it had a lighter sealable top. Otherwise look like a nice piece, but I left it at the store. Not happy that I had to make a trip to the store.

Absolutely ridiculous

I would give it triple zero stars if possible. I didn’t need to open the pan box because pieces of the broken pan were already in the box it was shipped in. No warning on the box indicating fragile items. It’s sad that Macy’s has slummed this low. You don’t care about your customers nor their experience. I will be using my money elsewhere.

Beautiful Baker, But Broken on Arrival.

This is the second broken item I’ve received from Macy’s in one order. After my Cellar Marc platter arrived cracked, I was hoping the James Large Lasagna Baker with Lid would be fine — but it also came shattered. The packaging was not secure enough for fragile bakeware. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with two damaged items and now go through two return processes.
