Broken condiment dish

My purchase was delivered in a beat up Macy's box. Which means I received a broken condiment dish. Very disappointed.

Poor shipping and customer service.

This review is for shipping and customer service only. The product itself seemed nice, except I ordered three, and all of them were broken upon arrival. The packaging was not sufficient to protect a breakable product. After a frustratingly slow 25 minutes with the chat bot, I chose to have the items re-ordered with free expedited shipping. I later got an email saying I would get a Macy's credit instead. I will not order items from Macy's again.

Broken

Arrived Broken. I ordered two and they arrived broken. Fortunately the plate that I ordered was OK. They aren't available anymore and now I can't complete the set.

Poor Packing for Shipping

Arrived broken and smashed to pieces. It’s a bummer and now this item is out of stock, so it can’t be replaced. The packaging department needs to do better.
