starting to rust

I bought the blue one and absolutely loved the color. Unfortunately, it didn’t last half a year and it started rusting. I used it less than 5x and the edge of the lid is already starting to rust in couple areas and in the pot itself, I noticed a small brown dot and when I got close to observe what the dot was, it was a tiny dot that was rusting too. So disappointed that it didn’t last long.

Highly Recommended!

The Cellar Enameled Cast Iron 6-Qt. Round Dutch Oven exceeded my expectations. I have used it multiple times on the stove top and in the oven. Both meat and vegetables were cooked to my satisfaction. I am also pleased with the ease of cleaning. I would definitely purchase this product again for myself or as a gift.

Too heavy

I was trying to return this item because it’s too heavy but I can’t return it they said it’s the last item couldn’t return. Unfortunately I bought two cast iron. Waste of money. 😞😞

Bad Customer Service

I ordered a red one for m husband, his favorite color. I got a blue one. I called customer service. I would have to drive 30 miles to the nearest place to ship back. And I would have to pay a higher price. Because they couldn’t credit my Macy’s money. We haven’t cooked in it yet. But it seems okay compared to others I have seen. Macy’s has been “slipping “ lately.
