2 out of 6 arrived broken

So disappointed that 2 out of the 6 mugs I ordered arrived broken and the were packed very well. Sad part is they’re not eligible for a refund. So 4 out of my 6 kids will get the mugs and now I have to find 2 jugs for the others at the last minute. Ugh.

damaged

I receive the mug all crashed. To returned I need to take it to a macys closes to me. Or sent it by usps. I don’t have time to do that. That’s why I shop online.

Broken Mugs

I thought these mugs were so cute. I purchased 4 of them. They arrived very quickly in a huge Macys box with the top of the box opened with packing tape hanging off the sides of the box.There wasn’t any packing material in the huge box; Only the 4 mugs with a piece of thin bubble wrap around each mug. Needless to say, they were all broken. So disappointed.
