Nostalgic fun!

So stoked to find this cute, little tote bag. The Broadway was one of the most popular department store chains when I was growing up, and I had a part-time job there during high school and college. Now I have this cute bag as a reminder of days-gone-by to tote my lunch to work. All my friends will be so jealous! :)

A BLAST FROM THE PAST!

I grew up in Southern California where The Broadway was one of the main department store chains. In the sixties, after graduation from college, I went to work for them with the idea of becoming a buyer. Did not become a buyer but did become the head of fashion productions. When I saw this lunch tote I had to have it. I live in the Bay Area now where not too many people have heard of the Broadway. It sparks a lot of conversation when I take it to my bridge club. It brings back a lot of good memories. I eventually left the Broadway and went to work for Joseph Magnin. If you had a lunch tote with their logo I would buy it also. PS: it's a nice, well made product.
