Very Disapointed

My wife got this for me as a gift. I was still using my other puck, so I did not open it right away. This soap lathered quickly but the lather does not last. TAOS you can do better.

Disappointed Long Time Fan

I purchased a Lavender soap refill and was very disappointed. The lather does not last very long; I lather up put the brush down, grab my razer and the lather is gone. I was validated in reading another enthusiast experiencing the same issue. TAOS you have to do better.

Recent Disappointment

I have been a enthusiastic fan of this product for many years, but recently disappointed. Several months ago, I purchased a couple Sandalwood refill bars, both of which I tried to use this week…neither would produce the rich lather I was used to. I’m not looking for a refund, but I would like to hear from the company…has the formula changed, or, perhaps a bad batch? (Lot # 1068042232). The two bars in question are totally worthless.
