I love this book!

I pretty much have every Ball canning book and have been canning since the mid 80's. I enjoy collecting canning books of all kinds and am always looking for ones that have unique recipes with unusual ingredients and this one is no exception. Not sure why some gave it a bad review, but it is perfectly laid out, easy to understand and even has some recipes to use what you've preserved. It might not be the very first book for someone who hasn't tried canning and preserving before, but it covers all the basics pretty well.

Great book!

This is a great canning book. It covers water bath canning, pressure canning, freezing, dehydrating, curing and smoking. In addition to the recipes to do all of these things, they also have recipes for using the food you preserved. This will definitely by my go-to book for this summer! If you are just getting into canning I highly recommend this book!
