My 11 year old loves it

My 11 year old had a blast building this and showing me the middle finger ;-) This is actually a great learning experience and totally worth the price.

My grandson loves it!

I gave this to my grandson, age 7, for Christmas. He needed some help from his dad to put it together, but it was a great project for them to do together. And he is thrilled with the end result. He plays with it for hours.

Awesome

Very cool product. Kids 9 and 11 both loved putting it together. Needed a little help from Mom. I recommend it for any child interested in science or engineering.

Frustrating and Not Very Functional

We bought this for our son’s birthday, and it was pretty frustrating to put together and does not work very well. The directions are difficult to follow and are organized strangely. The layout definitely could have been a little more thought out, and by the time we finished it was pretty disappointing to find that our son’s hand was not big enough to operate it, and it does not operate smoothly or effectively. The pieces that kids are supposed to put their fingers through to make the hand close come loose frequently, and the fingers tend to get caught on each other. Make sure you have a pocket or exacto knife handy to trim the burrs off of almost every piece. I am not sure why every retailer seems to be pushing this as such a hot toy. It is a hot mess.
