Somewhat disappointed

The shoes are beautiful, fit well but the presentation was poor. They seemed to have been thrown in a box. No wrapping paper and full of smudges. When purchased directly from a store, it feels like care is taken. Doesn’t the shoes delivered to the stores come from the same place of shoes that are mailed ordered?

Gold Shoe

My Shoe is Gold, it stood out to everyone. The only thing, that is so disappointing, the shoe does not have a grip bottom, if that makes sense. The bottom of the shoe is very slippery. One could accidently fall. Just have to be careful when walking. Beautiful shoe overall. I rate as a 4, needs improvement on the bottom of the shoe to grip floors better when walking.
